After the order form created, we are unable to change a payment method.
However, after canceling the order, you can chose another payment method and purchase it again.

All products from DokiDoki Market are delivered directly from Japan or Korea to your destination.

Normally, It takes about 3-14 days (business days) of purchase. 
For Registered mail, it will takes about 5-20 days)

The customer will receive an automated shipment notification email after the order has been processed and shipped. If your package does not arrive within 15-30 business days from shipment, please contact us.

**Products are delivered by registered international post office, and delivery costs are based on weight.

Depending on the shipping method and each countries's export/import policy situation, it may take longer than usual and  can delay your order by up to 20-40 business days. Please kindly understand that we do not accept any cancellations due to these delays.
